In this full-time permanent position, you will become part of a dynamic team reporting to the Manager of Partner Success. - Enhance online engagement strategies within partner practices to boost active user numbers and encourage uptake of related products.
- Leverage Salesforce to oversee the health of partner relationships and proactively spot areas at risk, allowing for early intervention.
Work Location and Model
This role is based in Auckland and offers a hybrid work format that combines remote flexibility with dedicated in-office "boost days" intended for team collaboration and connection.
Desired Qualifications and Traits

- Proven ability to quickly establish rapport and maintain enduring relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Strong public speaking skills and enthusiasm to effectively deliver presentations at partner events and webinars.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach, capable of working autonomously to meet and surpass goals.
- Passion for impacting the online accounting industry positively and a keen interest in emerging market trends.
At Xero, recruitment is based on skills, enthusiasm, and the distinct perspectives candidates offer to enrich our team culture. We encourage candidates to apply even if their experience does not exactly match every aspect of the role.
