Partner Manager (m/w/d)

Role Overview

As a Partner Manager at group24 AG, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our sales partners. You will strategically expand existing partnerships and identify new partners in alignment with our comprehensive 360° IT service approach. Additionally, you will independently handle advertising cost subsidies and communications, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments to achieve smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support sales partners effectively.
• Expand and strategically develop existing partnerships.
• Identify and acquire new partners within the framework of our 360° IT services.
• Oversee advertising cost subsidies independently and manage related communications.
• Act as a liaison across different business areas to ensure smooth processes.

Candidate Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, marketing, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in partner management, account management, or a similar discipline.
• Confident demeanor with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, able to work independently, and possesses excellent organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and reporting tools is a plus.
• Industry knowledge in IT, software, or technology-driven sectors is advantageous.
