The Worldwide Alliances & Channels team focuses on establishing and managing a global partner network that provides industry-leading payment and financial services solutions. These alliances empower Stripe to accelerate user growth across all market segments.

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Partner Development Manager to join our EMEA Alliances & Channels team, responsible for fostering and managing Stripe's ISV partnerships across the EMEA region. This role blends partner relationship management with revenue generation and involves close collaboration with regional sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and oversee a portfolio of ISVs throughout EMEA.
• Collaborate with Partner Solution Engineering to ensure partners achieve technical proficiency and Stripe certification.
• Enhance partner performance via business plans, reviews, exploring revenue expansion, and joint sales efforts with top partners and regional sales teams.
• Coordinate with program, marketing, and sales teams to implement partner programs, organize events, sales engagement, and develop playbooks and collateral to empower partners in customer sales.
• Regularly report to key stakeholders, applying strong analytical skills and clear communication.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in partnerships and/or sales within high-tech or financial services sectors.
• Proven success managing Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships directly.
• Strong professional and technical knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Consistent achievement and surpassing of sales targets and quotas.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills at the C-level and ability to influence outcomes positively.
• Highly organized self-starter with excellent multitasking abilities, ownership mentality, and efficiency in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically in the financial services or payments industry.

Office Attendance Expectations

Employees assigned to most locations are expected to spend at least 50% of their work time in the office or engaging with users monthly, with specifics varying by team and location. Roles based in the Dublin office require 100% onsite work. The balance is aimed at fostering collaboration while maintaining some flexibility where feasible.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position in Dublin ranges between €91,100 and €136,700 annually, encompassing base salary plus commissions/bonuses, which vary by career level and will be refined during recruitment based on qualifications and location. Candidates outside this location may request salary ranges applicable to their region during interviews.
