Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare in clients' homes without the need to drive children.
• Perform minor clean-up related to activities or meals, avoiding household chores.
• Care mainly for infants through toddlers, with greatest demand for children under 2 years.
• Create a safe and engaging environment, using age-appropriate hands-on activities tailored to each child's developmental stage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22.
• Paid training with a kit containing toys and games suitable for different ages, supplied for childcare duties.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Prior experience with children, including mandatory infant care experience, whether paid or volunteer.
• Dependable transportation and willingness to travel to various client homes.
• Availability for at least three weekdays per week, with 6 to 8 hour shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, personable attitude when interacting with families and supervisors.
