Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, safe care for infants through toddlers in family homes without the requirement to transport children.
• Maintain cleanliness related to activities or meals without extensive household chores.
• Engage children with age-appropriate, hands-on activities tailored to their developmental stage.
• Support multiple families on an on-call basis, primarily focused on children under 2 years old.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $22 to $25.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Prior experience caring for children, either paid or volunteer, with mandatory infant care experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various homes in the Lynnwood area.
• Availability for at least three weekdays per week, during shifts of 6 to 8 hours between 7 AM and 7 PM.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly demeanor toward families and supervisors.
