Part-Time Faculty for CS Coaching Institute

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and committed part-time faculty members to join our CS Coaching Institute, specializing in courses for CSEET, CS Executive, and CS Professional students. The subjects offered include Tax & Laws, Fundamentals of Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Securities Laws.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver regular interactive classes tailored for CS students at various levels (CSEET / CS Executive / CS Professional).
• Clarify concepts clearly and practically with a focus on examination relevance.
• Complete the CS syllabus within the stipulated timeframe.
• Prepare students for exams through revisions, practice sessions, and mock tests.
• Address student queries promptly and offer academic mentorship.
• Provide appropriate study resources, practical examples, and exam-focused guidance.
• Create and maintain a conducive and professional learning environment.

Eligibility and Skills

• Thorough knowledge and command of the relevant CS subject.
• Prior teaching experience with CS students is advantageous.
• Applicants with backgrounds in CS, CA, CMA, LLB, Commerce, Finance, or related professional fields are highly encouraged to apply.
• Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to present complex topics in a simplified and exam-centered manner.
• A genuine passion for teaching and student development.

Compensation and Work Environment

• Compensation is based on hourly payment, starting from ₹800 per hour, and varies according to subject expertise, qualifications, and teaching experience.
• Flexible working hours coordinated with batch schedules and mutual agreement.
• Candidates can apply to teach one or multiple subjects depending on their proficiency.
