  • Maintain tidy play or meal areas by performing reasonable clean-up tasks related to activities.
  • Provide safety and engage children using age-appropriate, hands-on activities tailored to their developmental needs.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly wage ranges from $20 to $22.
  • Paid training sessions and a nanny kit with developmentally suitable games and activities supplied for assignments.
  • Opportunities for professional growth in childcare, including priority consideration for consistent full- or part-time family placements.
  • Paid sick leave for both part-time and full-time workers.
  • Additional benefits for full-time schedules, such as a medical stipend, paid vacation, holidays, student loan repayment matching, and retirement savings matching.
  • Potential mileage reimbursement, performance bonuses, contests, and social events for connection and support.
  • Employment on a W-2 basis, including unemployment insurance and the advantage of enhancing your resume.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Demonstrated experience with children, including mandatory care of infants.
  • Reliable transportation and readiness to travel to various homes.
  • Availability for shifts of 6 to 8 hours on any three or more weekdays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
  • Strong communication skills, responsiveness to staffing supervisors, and a warm, positive demeanor toward families.
