Paraplanning Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Paraplanner to strengthen our Australian financial planning and accounting activities from Mumbai. This role involves bookkeeping, reconciliations, managing financial data, reporting, and providing administrative support while ensuring adherence to Australian accounting regulations and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial plans and recommendations tailored for clients.
• Analyze client financial details such as income, expenditures, assets, liabilities, investments, insurance policies, and retirement objectives.
• Collaborate with advisors to formulate strategies on investments, retirement, taxation, estate planning, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct thorough product and market research to back financial advice.
• Collect and organize client documents and data systematically.
• Prepare meeting materials including agendas, presentations, and follow-up summaries.
• Address client inquiries maintaining professionalism and clear communication.
• Accurately update and manage client records using CRM tools.
• Draft and scrutinize compliance and regulatory paperwork ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in processing documentation for investments, insurance, and other financial instruments.
• Keep abreast of market trends, investment outcomes, and economic updates.
• Create financial forecasts, cash flow analyses, and review investment portfolios.
• Provide advisors with research support and report generation assistance.
• Organize appointments and manage workflow to optimize team operations.
• Maintain internal reporting systems and documentation.
