Overview
Join a reputable financial planning firm located in Fareham, Hampshire, as a skilled Level 4 Diploma qualified Technical Paraplanner. This permanent full-time position offers flexible working arrangements including on-site, hybrid, or fully remote setups, allowing attendance at the office for team meetings twice per month. The salary ranges between £40,000 to £55,000 annually, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client meetings alongside advisers to grasp client objectives and contribute technical insights.
- Conduct intricate technical analysis involving complex calculations, research, and cashflow modeling, applying your Level 4+ expertise.
- Prepare comprehensive suitability reports internally, with occasional collaboration with chartered paraplanners for report outsourcing.
- Carry out detailed research on products and providers to support advisers with well-founded technical recommendations.
Candidate Profile
- Must possess a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
- Demonstrated strong experience in paraplanning, especially involving complex technical assignments.
- Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficient communication abilities.
- A proactive, client-centered mindset with the capability to collaborate effectively with advisers.
