Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Paraplanner with a minimum of three years in the Australian financial planning sector. The role involves assisting financial advisors through preparing essential documentation, analyzing client financial information, and aiding the compilation of reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and associated paperwork.
• Conduct detailed research concerning superannuation, investment options, insurance products, and retirement planning.
• Support advisors with financial modeling, developing strategies, and performing product comparisons.
• Ensure that all advisory documents are precise, comply with legal requirements, and are completed within set deadlines.
• Keep accurate client records and maintain supporting documentation.
• Communicate effectively with advisors and internal teams to clarify requirements and coordinate task flow.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Australian financial paraplanning.
• In-depth understanding of the Australian financial planning and superannuation landscape.
• Proficient in preparing SOAs and ROAs.
• Familiarity with Australian compliance and regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience using Xplan software is highly preferred.
• Possession of a relevant Financial Planning or Finance-related qualification.

Additional Details

• Educational Qualification: Degree in B.Com, M.Com, or other finance-related fields.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in Australian paraplanning.
• Work Timing: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, day shift.
• Location: Onsite position in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
