We are currently seeking a full-time, enthusiastic Panel Assembler to join our Panel Systems and Tile Manufacturing Team on the afternoon shift. Position Overview

As a Panel Assembler, you will be responsible for constructing various components of panels, such as tiles, slotted channel side trims, hardware, painted parts, and accessories. Assembly involves using fixtures, pneumatic tools, and other equipment while maintaining strict quality control and adhering to our Health & Safety policies. The role demands strong attention to detail and compliance with company standards.

Training hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., after which your regular schedule will shift to 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Good hand-eye coordination and muscular control to operate tools effectively and identify defects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; building positive relationships within the team.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving bending, twisting, and working in various body positions.
• Strict adherence to all health and safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment as per Tayco's policies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Scheduled work hours: 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
• Hourly pay rate of $22.67 plus a $1.60 premium for afternoon shifts.
