Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter for our Easley, SC location. Compensation ranges from $18 to $19 hourly depending on your expertise and proficiency. Candidates will be required to complete a Paint Test prior to hiring. Please refrain from phone inquiries and keep an eye on your email for updates related to your application.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces and mix paints appropriately.
- Apply paint with accurate color matching and thickness to achieve quality standards.
- Use powder coating and baking processes to ensure proper color and paint thickness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any painting issues encountered during the process.
- Utilize electrostatic spray guns to coat steel racks uniformly.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail to ensure correct paint application quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area using 5S principles daily.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience
No formal education is required for this role. However, prior experience with powder coating is preferred.
