Role Responsibilities

• Assist the maintenance team with various painting tasks throughout the hotel.
• Oversee and manage paint inventory, ensuring stock levels and materials are consistently monitored and controlled.
• Coordinate daily planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules for bedrooms in collaboration with housekeeping.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities coupled with competent computer skills.
• Strong expertise in painting and decorating techniques.
