Job description
Position Overview
GHS Solutions invites experienced painters and blasters to join our rapidly expanding team based in Geraldton, Western Australia. This full-time permanent role involves site and town projects throughout the Midwest region of Western Australia, offering a blend of coastal lifestyle and career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Perform blast and painting tasks on various regional sites.
- Deliver work with a strong attention to detail while ensuring safety protocols are met.
- Collaborate effectively within a professional team and work independently as required.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Trade Certificate preferred: Certificate II in Engineering - Surface Preparation & Finishing or Certificate II in Surface Preparation and Coating Applications.
- Valid Working at Heights certification.
- Construction Industry White Card mandatory.
- Current Police Clearance obtained within the last 12 months.
- MSIC card or ability to obtain one.
- Willingness and capability to work over water.
- Mining industry experience is highly desirable.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment medical examinations and drug and alcohol screenings.

Compensation and Location
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $79,499 to $110,000 annually. The position is based in Webberton, Western Australia, with work locations throughout regional Western Australia.
