Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and apply paint and polish to hotel rooms and public areas, adhering to quality standards and completing tasks within set timelines.
• Install and repair various wall and ceiling coverings including vinyl, fabric, and foil, and care for surfaces such as caulked, grouted, wooden, and masonry using stains, varnishes, and lacquers.
• Maintain and ensure the excellent operational condition of all painting tools and equipment, and keep the work environment orderly.
• Manage inventory of painting materials, guaranteeing all paints, solvents, and related supplies are stored in compliance with safety regulations.
