Job Summary

In this role, you will apply paint, stain, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and furniture on the property using tools such as brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Preparation of surfaces includes applying primers or sealers before finish coats and removing old finishes through methods like stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, or abrasive blasting. You will also protect surfaces during the painting process by covering them adequately and posting appropriate signs. Proper cleaning, storage of painting tools and equipment, and coordination with vendors to adjust paint colors are expected.

• Comply with all company safety and security protocols, promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns, accidents, or injuries, and complete required training and certifications.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality and asset protection.
• Greet guests warmly following company standards, anticipate their service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express sincere appreciation to them.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with others.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common objectives.
• Meet established quality standards for work.
• Perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and climbing ladders.
• Handle, move, and place objects up to 50 pounds without help.
• Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended durations.
• Complete additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Work a flexible schedule inclusive of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
