Role Overview

This position involves the preparation and painting of various surfaces and products within a manufacturing environment. Assignments include working on structural elements like buildings, walls, and floors, as well as equipment, tools, furniture, components, and completed items to deliver clean and high-quality finishes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces thoroughly through cleaning, stripping, sanding, and other essential preparation techniques.
• Apply paint accurately utilizing both manual hand-painting and spray-painting methods.
• Operate various surface-preparation and finishing machinery such as blasting, sanding, stripping, spraying, and drying equipment.
• Maintain strict quality control to ensure precise coating application and superior finish on all manufactured items.
• Manage and handle the materials, tools, and components involved throughout the painting and finishing stages.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Skilled in both hand painting and spray painting applications.
• Prior experience in using surface-preparation and painting machinery.
• High attention to detail to achieve excellent quality finishes consistently.
