Job Duties
- Execute prep work and spray painting tasks following agreed methods, ensuring top-quality finishes. All painting must be performed inside a spray booth.
- Maintain and clean spray equipment including spray guns regularly.
- Manage spray booths by regulating correct pressure and temperature as per manufacturer's guidelines.
- Implement all safety procedures related to petrol handling, such as clamping fuel pipes when the engine is removed, ensuring the fuel tank is no more than one-quarter full, and removing filler caps before oven use.
- Keep air intakes clear and replace filters as needed to ensure proper negative pressure in booths.
- Always use appropriate personal protective equipment, including gloves, eye protection, and air-fed breathing apparatus during mixing and spraying processes.
- Dispose of paint, lacquer, thinners, and other waste materials correctly and responsibly.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably holds IMI/ATA certification with robust experience in bodyshop painting.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to quality service.
- Works well within a team environment.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
- Possession of a full UK driving license is preferred.

Work Schedule
- Shifts lasting 8.5 hours, Monday through Friday.
