About the Role

We are hiring skilled Paint Preppers for our Melbourne locations including South Morang, Laverton, Airport West, and Bayswater.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, prime, buff, and denib vehicles according to job specifications.
- Carefully handle all vehicles ensuring proper attention and care.
- Maintain a clean work bay and assist in keeping the entire workshop tidy.
- Comply with Occupational Health & Safety policies, including wearing personal protective equipment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience as a Prepper or Painter in automotive or related industries.
- Knowledge or background in fiberglassing, sign writing, surface preparation, or painting in industrial, commercial, or residential contexts is beneficial.
- Strong dedication to safe working practices.
- High attention to detail and reliability.
- Team-oriented with punctual and dependable work ethic.
- Australian work rights are mandatory.
- Possession of a current driver’s license is advantageous but not essential.
