Key Responsibilities
- Clean vehicle surfaces by removing grease, dirt, paint, or rust using abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks, or sandblasters to prepare for paint application.
- Support the painter with pre-paint blending activities.
- Coordinate with the painting team to help maintain vehicle delivery schedules.
- Fill minor dents or scratches using body fillers and ensure surface smoothness for painting.
- Buff and wax finished paintwork to ensure quality.
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble sprayers and power equipment using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in vehicle painting processes.
- I-CAR certifications are preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with coworkers.
- Must successfully pass an extensive background check.

Compensation is commission-based with a guaranteed flag pay structure that meets local minimum wage standards each week. Average annual pay ranges from $41,040 to $100,000.
