Job Overview
Shreesto is actively seeking one seasoned Packing and Logistics Executive to join its kitchen and home appliances division, based at Road No. 9, Udhana, Surat, Gujarat. This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. The monthly compensation ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, depending on prior experience. This opportunity is specifically reserved for candidates with previous hands-on experience in packing, logistics, or dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and verify the correct products and quantities for each customer order.
- Inspect items for any visible damage and ensure secure, proper packing for shipment.
- Generate and affix shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips accurately.
- Manage coordination with courier services for pickups and maintain meticulous dispatch and tracking documentation.
- Monitor delayed deliveries, assist in handling returns or shipments marked Return to Origin (RTO).
- Update records related to stock levels and packing materials, reporting any shortages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing and storage area while adhering to proper safety and handling protocols.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated prior experience in product packing, logistics, warehouse dispatch, or courier coordination roles.
- Meticulous attention to detail in managing products, quantities, and labeling tasks.
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of effective communication.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones or computers to update order statuses and shipment details.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at the specified location and hours.
