Packaging Executive

About the Role

Caterspoint Futuristic Foods is seeking a Packaging Executive to join our operations team at our Bangalore kitchen location. This full-time position involves accurately and hygienically packing food orders to support our cloud kitchen activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack food items in line with order details and established company packaging standards.
• Verify orders before dispatch to confirm correct item counts and types.
• Properly label food packets, including all necessary order information.
• Keep the packing area clean and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Handle all food and packing materials safely and hygienically to prevent contamination.
• Ensure packaging prevents any leakage, spills, or damage during transportation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and delivery personnel for prompt order handoffs.
• Monitor packaging inventory and notify supervisors when supplies run low.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to food safety, packing, and hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness of packaging tools and workstations.
• Immediately report any missing, incorrect, or damaged items to supervisors.
• Assist in other kitchen and operational duties as needed.

Requirements

• 0 to 6 months of experience; freshers are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and sanitary practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good teamwork and communication abilities.
• Capable of standing and performing physical tasks for extended durations.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, or English is advantageous.

Working Conditions
