Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and iterative development of the P2P trading platform to enhance trading efficiency, liquidity, and user experience.
• Craft and refine essential P2P transaction processes such as ad sequencing, matching requests to offers, order generation, payment validation, dispute management, and merchant oversight.
• Boost transaction success and completion by fine-tuning user flow, payment steps, and interaction design within the trading environment.
• Assess and address transactional risks and unusual incidents—including payment disputes, fraudulent activities, cancellations, and malicious users—in cooperation with risk management teams to safeguard platform reliability.
• Develop trust-building and protective features for participants like escrow functionalities, appeal procedures, and risk notifications.
• Monitor vital performance indicators such as order completion, dispute frequency, liquidity, trading volume, and retention rates, applying data analysis to foster ongoing enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with operations, customer service, compliance, and risk departments to elevate governance and the trading experience.
• Carry out user and market analysis to uncover growth potential and balance marketplace supply and demand effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years managing products within P2P marketplaces, second-hand or e-commerce marketplaces, fintech sectors, or comparable fields.
• Deep knowledge of marketplace transaction structures, user behavior patterns, and mechanisms ensuring trust and safety.
• Proficiency in dissecting intricate user challenges and refining transaction workflows based on data-driven insights.
• A strong focus on user experience, capable of designing smooth, intuitive trading workflows.
• Exceptional communication and project leadership capabilities to independently oversee projects from ideation through launch.
• Experience with fraud prevention, customer dispute resolution, or platform regulatory compliance is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Background in cryptocurrency exchanges or platforms specializing in P2P crypto trading.
• Experience working with second-hand marketplaces or peer-to-peer transaction systems.
• Track record in improving transaction conversion, liquidity, or user retention metrics.
• Familiarity with payment processing, escrow operations, or risk management protocols.
