Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated franchisee to become a part of our vibrant network and contribute to the growth of the KOULLS application. This full-time contractual role involves managing daily operations within your franchise.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily franchise operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage and coordinate the franchise staff efficiently.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.

Employment Location

This role is based onsite and is potentially available across all states in North America, South America, Europe, and Africa.

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Proven managerial experience including team leadership, operational oversights, and financial management.
• Strong interpersonal skills capable of effective communication, client relationship management, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledgeable in commercial and marketing strategies, including digital marketing and customer loyalty programs.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and uphold high-quality standards.
• Previous experience in a local market environment is considered advantageous.
