Job Summary

The Overnight Stock Clerk is tasked with stocking and rotating general merchandise and food products in the club, ensuring products are fully stocked, properly labeled, and visually appealing. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness by clearing trash and debris to uphold a neat store environment.

• Ensure that the club meets GOLD standards by maintaining a grand opening look, fully stocked inventory, accurate promotional signage, and cleanliness everywhere.
• Understand and use production and financial reports to connect consistent efforts with positive business impact.
• Prepare and rotate stock, create and maintain clear display signs and price tags, and handle damaged or spoiled goods following company policies.
• Conduct general housekeeping including trash removal and cardboard disposal.
• Follow all club policies and procedures and perform other duties or assist other departments as required.
• Maintain regular and predictable full attendance, a critical function of the role.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in grocery stocking or big box/wholesale retail environments.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Work Environment and Conditions

• The role involves continuous movement on hard surfaces with frequent bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, and stooping to examine and handle merchandise.
• Regular lifting of items up to 30 pounds is required; heavier or awkward objects over 30 pounds may need assistance.
• Work takes place indoors in a setting with moving machinery and noise, possibly requiring raised voices to communicate.
• Exposure to temperature variations from environments such as freezers and ovens, as well as occasional contact with cleaning agents may occur.

Compensation
