Become an essential part of our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief at Shaw's and Star Market in Rockland, ME. You will lead and coordinate a dedicated team through overnight shifts to ensure the store operates seamlessly from stock management to store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of clerks responsible for stocking shelves and unloading merchandise during overnight shifts.
• Maintain organized product displays and proper inventory levels throughout the store.
• Oversee deliveries and ensure efficient unloading and placement of goods.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and safety standards in the store environment.
• Train new team members, providing guidance and support in all operational tasks.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the shift promptly.
• Ensure adherence to all store policies and procedures by the team.
