Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves supporting customer service by executing tasks associated with receiving merchandise and managing its transition to the sales floor. Key activities include unloading trailers, moving pallets, processing merchandise, and maintaining a safe, clean workplace as part of a coordinated team effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening.
• Set up, merchandise, and sign featured products.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking areas, differentiating from day/evening roles.
• Transport pallets to and from the sales floor during overnight operations.
• Assist with stocking and provide customer service as needed.
• Label areas on the sales floor in preparation for store opening.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are securely set up.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.40.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
