Role Summary and Responsibilities
- Monitor activities of third-party vendors throughout their entire lifecycle, considering associated risks.
- Ensure effective management of supplier relationships.
- Enhance current processes and workflows in supplier management in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements such as DORA and MaRisk.
- Coordinate risk analyses concerning third-party providers and maintain the supplier registry.
- Support the 1st Line of Defense by providing training and overseeing governance-controlling tasks.
- Assist with onboarding third-party vendors and ensure comprehensive due diligence checks.
- Provide regular reports related to suppliers and third-party providers.
- Develop and maintain frameworks, tools, and templates for Third Party Risk Management.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably with a degree from a Fachhochschule or equivalent professional training related to outsourcing.
- Preferably possessing professional experience.
- Desirable to have methodological know-how and practical experience in outsourcing management.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and requirements in outsourcing management such as DORA, MaRisk, and BAIT.
- Experience in project management.
- Very good command of English.
