About the Role
Join our Central Outsourcing Management team as an Outsourcing Associate, contributing directly to the development and success of this Second Line of Defense function. You will help shape processes that include setting guidelines, training, monitoring, and reporting critical data across business lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) reporting for all business areas.
- Maintain and update the Outsourcing Register operationally to ensure accuracy.
- Collect and consolidate data to support comprehensive reporting and analysis.
- Assist in evaluating departmental performance regularly by analyzing defined KPIs and KRIs.
- Conduct second-level controls including sample testing to ensure compliance.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of contingency plans plus exit and termination strategies; proactively identify further actions required.
- Create and regularly update training materials to enhance team knowledge and compliance.
- Extract data from various sources and develop insightful, data-driven reports.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience in Sourcing, Vendor Risk Management, Contract Management, Risk Management, or Outsourcing Management is preferred.
- Excellent analytical abilities, conceptual thinking, creativity, and critical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of German is an added advantage.
