Outlet Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations at our Madurai outlet. This position entails managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining smooth and efficient outlet functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee everyday activities of the outlet and coordinate with team members.
• Handle customer service duties, process billing, and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Manage procurement of stock and liaise with suppliers effectively.
• Keep track of inventory levels and maintain detailed stock records.
• Manage online orders received from food delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales reports along with expense tracking.
• Ensure the outlet is kept clean and all operations run smoothly throughout the day.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Fluent Tamil speaker with basic proficiency in English communication.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and billing software.
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities.
• Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and punctuality in work ethic.
• Prior experience in restaurant or retail environments is preferred but not mandatory.
