We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of Inbound & Outbound Telecaller working remotely. This full-time role requires handling incoming and outgoing client calls, addressing queries, and providing detailed product information. The position follows an 8-hour shift schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients for outreach and engagement.
• Address and resolve client questions and concerns promptly.
• Communicate product information clearly to customers.

Terms and Conditions

• Hiring is completely free with no charges for application, interview, or training.
• A refundable IT security deposit of ₹249 is required only after orientation at 5 PM to activate secure calling software and data access.
• The security deposit will be fully refunded automatically upon completion of 50% of the assigned tasks.
