Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and spirited Outbound Tele Sales Representative to expand our team. This role involves engaging merchants through outbound calls to showcase our offerings, generate leads, and successfully reach sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to merchants to introduce and promote our services.
- Develop and maintain enduring customer relationships.
- Clearly communicate features, benefits, and pricing details to merchants.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance overall outcomes.
Requirements
- Preferably have experience in outbound sales or telesales positions.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excel in time management and task prioritization.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation skills.
Additional Details
- Work Location: Saki Naka, Mumbai.
- Work Arrangement: Full-time, completely on-site.
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM shift.
- Compensation: Up to ₹32,000 per month plus Provident Fund (PF).
- Languages Required: Hindi and English.
- Open to all genders (male/female).
