Outbound Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Executive to join our energetic team in the Delhi-NCR area. The candidate will primarily focus on contacting prospective clients via outbound calls to promote our products and services, with the objective of generating valuable leads. This position plays a vital role in increasing sales and widening our international customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote company offerings and products.
• Engage in telecalling and telesales activities aimed at lead generation and turning prospects into customers.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of products and services to effectively convey their benefits to clients.
• Log every client interaction into the CRM system to maintain accurate lead and sales records.
• Work closely with the sales team to devise strategies enhancing outreach efficiency and conversion rates.
• Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales objectives contributing to team targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to quickly establish a connection with prospective customers.
• Prior experience in outbound calling, telecalling, or telesales is beneficial but not essential.
• Knowledge of lead generation methods and sales procedures.
