Forward IQ specializes in providing comprehensive go-to-market services for freight forwarders by managing outbound systems that clients cannot operate themselves. These services include generating targeted prospect lists, executing cold email campaigns, and managing follow-up processes to convert responses into scheduled appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and regularly update targeted prospect lists using Clay to ensure accurate company and contact data.
• Perform data enrichment and verification processes to maintain list quality and reduce bounce rates before launching campaigns.
• Manage campaign inboxes daily, including sorting replies, identifying genuine interest, sending scheduling links, and addressing out-of-office messages and opt-outs.
• Promptly escalate any messages requiring detailed written responses to the appropriate team member.

Candidate Profile

• Strong command of clear, concise written English without filler content or AI-generated tone.
• Approach inboxes as live queues, responding to messages promptly without delays.
• Experience with Clay is preferred; alternatively, candidates who have conducted extensive list research using tools like Apollo or Sales Navigator and can quickly learn Clay are welcome.
• Highly organized with clear documentation to ensure smooth transition if tasks are handed over.
• Available to work from 11:00 to 20:00 local time in GMT+1 to GMT+3 zones to cover UK, Europe, and US mornings.
