Role Overview
We are looking for an OTA Specialist to manage and maintain the integration between our hotel partners and online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, GoMMT, Agoda, and Expedia. The accuracy of OTA connectivity is vital for keeping hotel pricing and availability consistent across all channels, directly affecting our customers' revenue.
This role involves daily interaction with OTA extranets, including verifying credentials, establishing connections, mapping room categories and rate plans, listing hotel properties, and troubleshooting integration issues until resolution. The position requires a meticulous individual who can handle high volumes of detailed work and self-check their outputs.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience working within OTA extranets and a solid understanding of rate parity and availability management across multiple distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and verify OTA connections, ensuring successful integration on each platform.
- Accurately map room types and rate plans between hotel inventories and various OTAs.
- Create comprehensive OTA listings for newly onboarded hotel properties.
- Improve OTA content ratings by completing property details, adding images, and updating attributes.
- Monitor integration errors, analyze root causes, and manage their resolution.
- Implement Google ARI (Availability, Rates, and Inventory) configuration for hotel properties.
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience working with OTA extranets such as Booking.com, GoMMT, Agoda, and Expedia.
- Exceptional attention to detail in mapping room types and rate plans.
- Understanding of maintaining rate parity and availability consistency across OTAs.
- Able to perform repetitive, detail-oriented technical tasks with consistency and accuracy.
