Role Overview

The position of ORM Executive at Voix.Digital, based onsite in Mumbai, involves overseeing and managing the company’s brand image across various online channels. This includes engaging with social media platforms, review sites, and online forums to monitor brand mentions and ensure prompt, appropriate responses to customer feedback and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitoring brand mentions to assess public perception and sentiment.
• Analyzing feedback and coordinating internally to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generating regular reports on online reputation management (ORM) metrics and trends.
• Developing response templates and frameworks to standardize brand communication.
• Supporting crisis communication plans to handle urgent reputation challenges.
• Collaborating closely with marketing, content, and customer support teams to enhance overall brand reputation.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Up to one year of experience in online reputation management, social media monitoring, or digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency with ORM tools, social listening platforms, and basic analytics.
• Strong skills in researching online brand conversations and sentiment analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing professionalism, empathy, and brand consistency.
• Good organizational ability to juggle multiple tasks and conversations efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related disciplines preferred.
• Experience within an agency environment or prior exposure to digital marketing or social media management is a plus.
