This hands-on field position includes structured support and growth possibilities within one of the most respected names in the pest management sector. The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. Candidates need to be available consistently during these days every week.
Responsibilities
- Follow a route assigned each day within your specific service area
- Complete all necessary service paperwork and documentation accurately
- Perform detailed inspections and precisely diagnose pest problems
- Deliver top-tier pest control solutions tailored to customer needs
- Communicate with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers
- Represent the Orkin brand proudly and positively impact the community
- Work in various environments such as roofs, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
- Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols for equipment use, work conditions, and customer interactions
- Perform duties under varying weather conditions

- Starting hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22
- First-year earning potential exceeding $50,000 on average

Qualifications and Work Conditions
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license necessary
