Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic Organizational Development Manager dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness, boosting employee engagement, and supporting sustainable business growth. This position involves creating and executing strategies that develop the organization, evaluating company-wide needs, fostering talent and leadership capabilities, and leading initiatives that improve performance, culture, and employee skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify challenges within the organization and craft actionable solutions.
- Support and guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze organizational data and monitor essential people metrics to inform decision-making.
- Assess and evaluate development programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with desired outcomes.
- Advance a culture emphasizing continuous improvement and high performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related areas.
- In-depth knowledge of organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and overall organizational health.
- Strong analytical abilities paired with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to assess organizational needs and transform business objectives into practical initiatives focused on people.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with HR analytics, employee feedback surveys, performance management systems, and organizational development tools.
- Solid understanding of change management principles and organizational culture dynamics.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Strong business insight, interpersonal skills, and dedication to fostering a high-performing work environment.
