Role Overview

As an Organic Search Specialist, you will take charge of creating and implementing comprehensive organic search strategies across a range of platforms beyond traditional Google Search. You will integrate tactics for AI platforms, video, content, and Google Business Profiles to enhance search visibility for multiple clients. This role calls for a seasoned professional passionate about SEO and organic growth, ready to influence strategy and lead execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing cohesive 90-day integrated plans combining search, AI platform strategies, content creation, and off-site promotional activities, prioritizing efforts based on impact.
• Conducting detailed research on keywords, competitor landscapes, topics, and AI prompt trends to identify new opportunities for visibility and traffic.
• Managing or overseeing technical SEO elements including site architecture, structured data implementation, and content audits to optimize search and AI crawler comprehension.
• Conceptualizing and guiding content creation across various formats such as guides, proprietary research, tools, videos, social media postings, and Google Business Profile updates to maximize topic coverage.
• Strategically earning high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, guest posting, and digital PR to strengthen authority.
• Monitoring brand mentions and online sentiment to proactively address reputation risks and convert unlinked references into valuable links.
• Delivering clear and actionable reports detailing performance changes, their causes, and next steps to empower client decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• Strong enthusiasm for search marketing innovations, algorithm changes, AI advancements, and effective tactics.
• Expertise in all facets of SEO, including best practices, ranking signals, Core Web Vitals, advanced schema markup, and international SEO techniques such as hreflang.
• Familiarity with Geographic and Audience Entity Optimization (GEO and AEO), as well as the content sourcing and citation methods of AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot.
• Discriminating judgment of backlink quality prioritizing authoritative and relevant sites over volume.
• Data-driven approach utilizing Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog for analysis and strategy refinement.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with content creators, designers, and video production teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Proactive problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset, supported by a collaborative team environment.
• Strong client communication skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally with paid media and creative teams.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Over five years of demonstrated success in SEO and organic search roles managing diverse clients or in-house brands.
