This senior role in Delivery Excellence Management will see you contributing to innovative delivery platforms within a global team working with international clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead teams delivering middleware solutions across offshore, onsite, and client environments.
• Design and implement integration solutions for enterprise systems using various middleware platforms.
• Engage with end users and functional consultants to gather business requirements and create technical design documentation.
• Analyze current integration architectures and design future state architectures.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and contribute to deliverables through data analysis and refinement.
• Ensure technical excellence throughout design, development, operational support, and enhancements.
• Provide assistance to business users during Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Implement integration best practices, conduct trainings, and mentor team members.
• Perform end-to-end project assessments including scope, deliverables, objectives, and impact analysis.
• Support incident resolution adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Participate in rotating shifts to provide client support and be open to short-term or long-term onsite travel as required.
• Engage in business sales cycles to contribute to growth.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 7.5 to 8 years of relevant experience working with Boomi middleware solutions.
• Experience leading teams in at least three client-facing projects.
• Strong knowledge of Boomi architecture, including administration setup and license estimation.
• Familiarity with Boomi API Management features such as gateway, broker, IDP, developer portal, plan and subscription management is advantageous.
• Solid design expertise in various integration patterns including file, batch, and real-time, along with strong understanding of Web Service fundamentals.
• Experience in Boomi alerts and events frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of Boomi connectors: Disk, FTP, Mail, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, Web Services Listener, Atom Queue, HTTP client, SOAP and REST clients.
• Proven track record integrating large enterprise applications including ERP (Oracle, SAP), CRM (Siebel), and Salesforce platforms.
• Experience in Web Service technologies such as RESTful APIs (XML, JSON), SOAP APIs, SOA, secure protocols like SFTP, PGP, SSL, and microservices.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture principles like SaaS, PaaS, multi-tiered systems, and CI/CD pipeline-driven code migration.
• Expertise in schema design for formats such as EDI, JSON, and databases.
• Familiarity with application adaptors for File, FTP/SFTP, DB, Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages including Java, Groovy, and JavaScript.
• Thorough understanding of ANSI and EDIFACT EDI standards.
• Knowledge of security protocols including Basic authentication, OAuth, and Client Certificates.
• Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models and CMMI environments is a plus.
• Understanding of various deployment models and adherence to best practices.
• Ability to architect API implementations with features such as message routing, enrichment, filtering, transformation, guaranteed delivery, dead letter queue handling, sequencing, batch processing, error handling, and compensation mechanisms.
• Skilled at documenting integration solution architectures clearly.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Mandatory to hold Boomi Professional Developer and Boomi Professional Architect certifications.

Basic Eligibility

• A college degree in a relevant technology discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Science.
• At least 7.5 years experience as a quality consultant focused on software delivery excellence.
• Familiarity with quality processes, improvement tools, risk management, and customer escalation handling.
• Ability to communicate across multiple organizational layers.

Additional Advantages

• Knowledge of other middleware platforms like MuleSoft and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, TFS, and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with DevOps and automation tools.
• Exposure to various SDLC models including Waterfall, SaFE Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
