About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Application Configuration Specialist with expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 10 years of experience in Siebel technical and configuration responsibilities, contributing to advanced digital solutions within our organization.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Designing and executing Siebel Configuration using Siebel Tools effectively.
- Developing and maintaining eScript and VB Script to enhance system functionality.
- Creating and managing workflows and workflow policies to automate business processes.
- Implementing and supporting Siebel EAI and Integration Objects for seamless enterprise integration.
- Developing and utilizing REST and SOAP Web Services for communication between applications.
- Building and managing business services within the Siebel framework.
- Utilizing Open UI for improving user interfaces and experience.
- Handling Siebel EIM operations to manage data import and export efficiently.
- Writing advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries to support backend data processes.
