About the Role
Join DXC Technology's expanding European Oracle Practice as a key Oracle Sales Professional focused on accelerating growth within the Enterprise Applications and SaaS portfolio. This strategic sales position operates at the crossroads of business strategy and technological innovation, driving large-scale Oracle projects and fostering cross-portfolio opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying prospects, qualifying leads, pursuing opportunities, negotiating terms, to closing deals.
- Lead important Oracle sales initiatives by developing unique value propositions that align with client business transformation goals.
- Drive revenue expansion through cross-selling within DXC’s comprehensive Enterprise Applications, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other SaaS and cloud solutions.
- Collaborate closely with presales, architects, delivery leads, and alliance partners to develop compelling, results-focused proposals.
- Build and sustain relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, positioning DXC as a trusted strategic partner.
- Implement and drive growth strategies, pipeline development, and targeted market campaigns within the Oracle ecosystem.
- Represent DXC at executive meetings, industry conferences, and partner events to enhance market presence and influence.
Candidate Requirements
- Significant experience selling Oracle products within enterprise IT services sectors.
- Proven success in closing complex Oracle transformation deals, inclusive of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and OCI.
- Domain knowledge in Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Human Capital Management sectors.
- In-depth understanding of Oracle applications, cloud migration strategies, modernization efforts, and SaaS-driven business transformations.
- Demonstrated expertise engaging with senior executives and influencing high-level decision-making processes.
- Commercially savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in competitive, performance-driven sales environments.
- Based in the United Kingdom with eligibility for UK Security Clearance.
- Willingness to undertake national and international travel as necessary.
