Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Consultant to architect, configure, and deploy Oracle PRM solutions tailored to our business and partner management needs in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Oracle PRM solutions based on organizational requirements.
- Set up partner portals, manage deal registration workflows, and direct lead management processes.
- Customize the entire partner lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, segmentation, enablement, and ongoing partner administration.
- Establish and oversee partner hierarchies, user roles, and access permissions.
- Integrate Oracle PRM with other systems such as Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC), Oracle CPQ, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion ERP, and marketing automation tools.
- Maintain consistent partner data synchronization and master data governance.
- Create dashboards and generate reports on partner performance metrics, sales pipelines, deal progression, and effectiveness of partner programs.
- Engage with business and technical teams to convert requirements into scalable and effective solutions.
- Provide support for testing, deployment phases, training users, and offer post-launch assistance.
- Prepare detailed solution designs, configuration guides, and operational instructions.
Required Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PRM implementation and configuration.
- In-depth understanding of partner lifecycle management, channel sales, and partner program operations.
- Experience configuring partner portals, deal registrations, lead distributions, and access control mechanisms.
- Demonstrated ability integrating Oracle PRM with Oracle Sales Cloud, CPQ, and ERP ecosystems.
- Familiarity with APIs, data migration tactics, synchronization processes, and master data management.
- Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience implementing Oracle solutions in complex enterprise environments.
