Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Handle development tasks involving Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Application Express (APEX), and Sandbox customizations, working both on new developments and enhancements aligned with sprint requirements.
• Deliver both functional and technical design solutions for complex Oracle Fusion Cloud requests, notably within Order-to-Cash (O2C) modules.
• Provide issue resolution support for users across various countries including the US, Canada, the UK, and India, addressing challenges related to multiple Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to manage month-end processes and address iSupport tickets efficiently.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges, optimize performance by refining long-running database queries, and resolve configuration-related problems.
• Coordinate closely with Database Administrators (DBAs) to resolve critical technical issues promptly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• At least 5 years of professional experience developing in Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically within O2C modules such as Subscription Management, Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Proactive learner with a positive, can-do attitude to adapt and evolve technologically.
• In-depth knowledge of O2C modules setup, configuration, and system administration practices.
• Mandatory skill set includes expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST and SOAP APIs of Oracle Fusion, BI Publisher (BIP), XML Publisher Reports, Oracle Workflow Technologies, Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) Database, Oracle Application Express (APEX), and proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, FBDI, and ADFDI.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud customization and personalization via Application Composer, Sandbox environments, and Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Understanding and hands-on experience implementing AI capabilities utilizing Oracle Fusion AI Agents, Oracle EPM AI Agents, and Oracle AI Studio.
• Educational background as a B.Tech, B.E., or MCA graduate coupled with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and cloud-native application development methodologies.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ways of working.

Shift Timings

Working hours are scheduled as UK shift from 1 PM to 10 PM.
