Role Overview and Responsibilities

We seek qualified Oracle EBS System Administrators with a techno-functional skill set to support, administer, customize, integrate, and improve Oracle E-Business Suite systems.

• Oversee and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite financial and administrative modules.
• Handle system customizations and configurations efficiently.
• Manage integration processes between Oracle EBS and internal organizational systems.
• Set up integrations with pertinent external platforms.
• Extract and deliver system statistics and data upon organizational requests.
• Create business-focused reports tailored to specific needs.
• Collect, evaluate, and prioritize user requirements for novel services and enhancements.
• Facilitate coordination and approval from stakeholders regarding business requirements.
• Plan and design system enhancements and upgrade initiatives.
• Author and maintain comprehensive system user documentation.
• Diagnose and remedy technical issues that affect system users.
• Address and resolve escalated incidents from primary support levels.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and issues.
• Escalate unresolved problems to vendors and track progress until completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field is mandatory.
• Applicants with a minimum of 2 years as well as those with 5+ years of experience are invited to apply.
• Practical experience in operating and managing Oracle E-Business Suite environments.
• Proficiency in system customization, integration procedures, and upgrade execution.
• Background in Information Systems Analysis with the ability to interpret and apply system analysis documents.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification is strongly favored.

Technical Expertise

• Oracle E-Business Suite Modules: Financials (FIN), Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain.
• SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Building reports tailored for business analysis.
• Information Systems analysis capabilities.
