Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CX and CPQ Lead who possesses deep functional knowledge of Oracle CPQ solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud environments. This role is key to directing and supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Oracle CPQ solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to develop scalable CPQ and Order-to-Cash processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the functional deployment and ongoing support of Oracle CPQ solutions.
• Collect and analyze business needs and translate them into effective CPQ configurations.
• Develop and configure product models, pricing structures, approval mechanisms, and quote templates.
• Ensure integration of Oracle CPQ with Sales Cloud, Order Management, and other Oracle Fusion modules.
• Support activities related to data migration, validation, and data reconciliation.
• Create and maintain Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports and dashboards.
• Manage Fusion Cloud security including assignment of roles, access privileges, and approval workflows.
• Offer functional support during system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production launch activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integration and solution extensions.
• Develop functional documentation, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support post-deployment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of total professional experience, including extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong functional expertise specifically in Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions.
• Experience using Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud, and Oracle Order Management modules.
• Proficiency with OTBI reporting and analytical tools.
• Experience conducting data load and migration using Oracle tools such as FBDI and ADFdi.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion Security framework, including roles, privileges, and data access configurations.
• Experience in configuring workflow and approval processes.
• Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic project settings.
