About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle CRM Business Analyst possessing in-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM. The ideal candidate will engage in understanding business needs, evaluating CRM workflows, and converting those requirements into robust Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and document CRM-related business requirements and customer engagement procedures.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather insights on existing processes, challenges, and desired future states.
- Perform process analysis to find gaps, improvement areas, and evaluate Oracle Fusion's standard functionalities.
- Translate business demands into detailed functional specs and scalable CRM solutions on Oracle Fusion.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data integration, reporting, interfaces, data migration, and system enhancements.
- Assist in Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM configuration, implementation, and deployment phases.
- Create and review functional requirements, user stories, process flow diagrams, testing scenarios, and scripts.
- Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression tests, and production validations.
- Investigate functional issues and coordinate resolutions with technical and configuration teams.
- Partner with implementation vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of CRM solutions.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, migration efforts, and test business processes.
- Provide functional assistance during go-live and post-launch stability phases.
- Develop comprehensive functional documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training content, and user manuals.
- Continuously identify ways to streamline CRM workflows leveraging Oracle Fusion's features and best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum of six years' experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant with strong CRM background.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM.
- Firm grasp of processes including Sales, Lead, Opportunity, Customer, Account, Contact, and Service Management.
- Solid expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and functional solution design.
- Experience involved in Oracle Fusion implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or support projects.
- Capability to convert business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance tests.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion integrations, API use, data migration, and report generation.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST and SOAP APIs, OTBI, and BI Publisher is advantageous.
- Strong background in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preparing test cases, defect scrutiny, and resolution coordination.
- Excellent skills in managing stakeholders, communications, analysis, and problem resolution.
- Preferred experience in large enterprise or multi-unit organizational environments.
Compensation
The role offers a competitive salary aligned with market standards and commensurate with experience, ranging from INR 2,000,000 to INR 2,250,000 annually.
