Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, contributing to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Functional Consulting Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and conduct thorough business process analyses.
• Convert business needs into effective Oracle Fusion HCM functional solutions.
• Lead solution design meetings and offer recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
• Create and evaluate functional design documents, configuration guidelines, and test case scenarios.
• Provide support during Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-implementation stabilization phases.

Oracle Fusion Payroll Duties

• Implement and maintain Oracle Fusion Payroll configurations and processes.
• Develop and manage payroll elements, accounting structures, and calculation methodologies.
• Perform payroll validations and assist with reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with business teams to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement enhancements.

Oracle Fusion Compensation Tasks

• Configure compensation features such as salary reviews, bonuses, and planning tools.
• Administrate compensation budgets, plans, worksheets, and approval processes.
• Ensure compensation solutions are consistent with company policies and strategic goals.

Oracle Fusion Benefits Responsibilities

• Set up benefit programs, eligibility criteria, enrollment workflows, and plans.
• Support benefits management and related operational requirements.
• Assist in benefits testing, reporting, and resolving issues.

Advanced Controls & Security Duties

• Design and implement HCM security frameworks including data roles and access profiles.
• Ensure segregation of duties and compliance adherence.
• Maintain approval workflows and control access permissions.
• Uphold governance, audit, and security compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM certifications.
• Previous involvement in large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
• Exceptional documentation, presentation, and communication capabilities.
