Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle APEX Developer skilled in Oracle APEX framework, SQL/PLSQL programming, REST API integrations, and database-centered application creation. The role involves leveraging AI-assisted development methods and innovative Vibe Coding to speed up app modernization and creation.

Key Duties

• Design, develop, and sustain data-driven applications using Oracle APEX platform.
• Create intricate business processes with SQL and PL/SQL scripting.
• Develop and incorporate RESTful APIs through Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Implement security measures such as Single Sign-On (SSO), LDAP authentication, Virtual Private Database (VPD), and row-level access control.
• Architect and fine-tune Oracle database schemas and related application elements.
• Utilize AI-powered tools like cursor-based large language models (LLMs) for database schema design, PL/SQL scripting, and code enhancement.
• Refactor and upgrade existing Oracle legacy logic into modular components within Oracle APEX, employing AI-aided development techniques.
• Create and run utPLSQL automated test cases to validate functionality and ensure data accuracy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business and technical stakeholders to deliver robust enterprise software solutions.

Required Expertise

• Proficiency with Oracle APEX, including Page Designer, Shared Components, and Universal Theme usage.
• Advanced command of SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Experience implementing Oracle ORDS and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of SSO, LDAP, Virtual Private Database (VPD) mechanisms, and row-level security enforcement.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and Vibe Coding methodologies.
• Skills in AI-assisted database design and PL/SQL development.
• Capability to refactor legacy codebases confidently.
• Use of utPLSQL for automated testing of database logic and application layers.
