Key Responsibilities & Opportunities

• Advancing your career into leadership such as Senior Optometrist or exploring specialized clinical interests and community outreach.
• Participation in the Specsavers Partner Pathway Program, enabling progression to store ownership.
• Utilizing advanced technologies including OCT scans (provided to every patient at no extra cost), HFA-3 Visual fields, integrated management software, auto-phoropters, autorefractors, and non-contact tonometers.
• Delivering care that serves a diverse patient base from young families to pensioners with clinical focuses including myopia control, ortho-keratology, rigid gas permeable (RGP) contact lenses, and pediatrics.

Salary and Work Schedule

A competitive base salary up to AUD 120,000 per annum depending on experience, supplemented by a professional development allowance and a bonus scheme. The position involves full-time, permanent hours with split weekly days off (Wednesday and Sunday).
